PC GOLD COMPUTER WARRANTY

PC Gold, Inc. warrants all new computers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase (or as specified by an extended warranty, if applicable) and all used computers for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. PC Gold will service or replace any defective computer hardware during this warranty period. Please be sure to save your receipt — an original receipt is required for all warranty work. Also, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide PC Gold with all CD/DVD-ROM discs and any manuals given to the customer at the time of purchase. All warranty work will be performed on a carry-in basis only and must be performed at PC Gold — service work is performed on a first come, first serve basis. Any shipping or delivery charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. PC Gold’s liability during the warranty period is limited to repairing or replacing defective hardware items.

General Exclusions
This warranty does not cover problems caused by accidental or intentional physical damage, electrical surges, spilled liquids, misuse, abuse, excessive wear due to environmental factors such as high levels of grease, dust, dirt or humidity, lost parts, or damages due to improper and/or unauthorized installation or repairs. Overclocking may cause damage to motherboard, CPU, RAM and video card, etc. Damage caused by overclocking is not covered under warranty.

This warranty does not cover loss or damage to stored data, software issues related to malware infection, software issues that arise through use of the computer, or problems arising from the installation of any hardware or peripherals not installed by PC Gold.

PC Gold cannot answer questions related to installing or running any third party software or installing or using third party hardware. Please contact the manufacturer of the software/hardware for assistance.
