Our service rates are as follows:
* $49 Basic Diagnostics & Installation. Minimum Bench Fee.
* $89-$129 Basic Mid-Level/Advanced Spyware & Virus Removal Software Optimization & Cleanup
* $109-$149 Install Windows Operating System-Complex Diagnostics & Installations
* $50-$199 Limited data back-up fee. Limited data back-up is limited to raw data only. Programs will not be backed up, only items such as music, documents, emails, bookmarks, and money management back-up.* PC Gold is not responsible for any loss of data.*
* $75 Rush Fee - Paid in addition to regular labor fees.

* $99-$149 Monitor & Motherboard replacement
*Note* We do not "stack" fees, if a diagnostic turns into a fix you will be charged the appropriate fee but NOT double charged both fees.

If you are not satisfied with your hardware purchase for any reason, a full refund* is available if the items are returned in good condition within 7 business days of the purchase date with a receipt and complete and original packaging.
Open CPUS and Hard Drives will be subject to a 15% restocking fee--defective warranty on CPUs and Hard Drives applies only to replacement with exact same item type.
Because these items are highly electrostatic sensitive devices.. Memory, CPUs, Motherboard, Hard Drives, AGP & PCI cards must be returned in the anti-static bag or packaging in which they were purchased to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Because of the volatility of computer hardware prices--no refunds will be given after 7 days. OEM software is not returnable. It is assumed that those who purchase these parts have prior experience in building or upgrading computers or are willing to take the time to learn. PC Gold only warrants the products and does not provide technical assistance for problems encountered in building or upgrading systems. Warranty does NOT cover physical damage. CPUs and Hard Drives are limited to a 30-day warranty period. All other computer parts have a 90-day defective warranty through PC Gold Inc. Extended warranties are frequently available through the manufacturer.*
